A moment of your wedding day will you never forget?
I will never forget two moments from my wedding day. The first moment was when I put on my dress and I was ready to reveal it to my family members. I took my time and I looked at the final look in the mirror and I was stunned by the image reflecting back at me. The second moment is when I arrived at the church and came out of the car, watching my husband looking at me with so much love and admiration is something that I will never forget.
One thing you wish you knew as a new bride? What advice would you give to future brides?
The one thing that I wish I knew and also is my advice to future brides is that what is supposed to happen it will. Enjoy every second of the day, make core memories and leave the stress out. It’s a very intense and special moment and it only lasts for one day, make it worth it.

A detail that made your wedding special/unique?
Everything was special. I also made special moments for my family members which was very emotional and unexpected. I danced with my dad and my brother in separate dances and I also dedicated my bouquet to my mother. She is a flower lover and as there is nothing special for the mothers so i decided to dedicate it to my mother which was very unexpected and very moving for everybody.
How did you know your dress was 'the one'?
I came across the dress while looking at another one from the collection and I fell in love immediately. During the first appointment for the Galia Lahav collection the dress was not available yet in Greece and I was so stressed. After a week they called me to inform me that the dress arrived in Greece and I felt a big relief and excitement. When I put it on I knew it was the one for me. It suited my body, at that time I felt sexy, romantic and elegant at the same time. The dress suited perfectly to my personality as well, it expressed me inside out.

How did it feel when you put on your dress the day of the wedding? What was everyone's reaction to the dress?
The moment I put the dress on was one of my favorite moments, I was both emotional and stunned. Every detail matched perfectly to make the result perfect and unique for me. Our relatives and friends were as well stunned. I still take comments from people that it was the most beautiful dress that suited the bride so well they have ever seen and that they don’t expect to see a similar dress again. I was very surprised that the comments came from both women and men and especially from men that don’t take a lot of consideration into wedding dresses.
Would you have done anything differently?
I wouldn’t change anything from my wedding. Every little and big detail was thought and planned very carefully.
What was your favorite part of the wedding to plan/you were most looking forward to?
My favorite part of the wedding planning was of course the wedding dress. I was looking forward to every appointment. The dress didn’t need many alterations as it suited my body from the first try and so I didn't make many appointments. However, these appointments were what I was most looking for.

How did you meet your husband? How did he propose?
My husband and I go way back. There is a family relation but we did not know each other very well and our meeting was very unexpected. My husband used to work in Mykonos island and I planned a vacation there 8 years ago. During my stay there we got to know each other however we lost contact with each other. After 5 years we crossed paths again in Mykonos and we decided that our love for each other is bigger than anything else, so we decided to be together.
How did you find working with the team at Galia Lahav?
The team was perfect. They were very helpful and on time, they helped me with every detail and were very communicative.
How many dresses did you try on before you found it?
I tried 5 more dresses from the Galia Lahav collection also, and it was my first dress appointment ever. As I tried the dresses I knew that I didn't need to try wedding dresses from another designer until I tried my dress.
