- For express and rush delivery, email us at office@galialahav.com, and request to deliver your item earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and support your needs.
- Wedding Weekend Gowns are usually shipped within three (3) to twelve (12) weeks, Shoes are usually shipped within four (4) business days.
- Items that are ready to ship will be shipped out within 7 business days after you’ve placed your order.
- Please bear in mind that we shall not be responsible and liable for any delays in delivery and shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government or quasi-governmental authorities actions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, power outages, pandemic or epidemic (or similar regional health crisis).
- In order to return your order free of charge you must reach out to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery to be eligible to exchange your item or return for a refund.
- As part of our commitment to excellence and to better understand our customers, we request that you provide a brief description and images of you in the garment showcasing the areas of concern.
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. If your item is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
- Final sale, customized or altered items cannot be refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Our items are designed using top-quality materials and fabrics. If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, no worries! Please contact us atoffice@galialahav.com, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item, indicate your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and indicate the issue. We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team atoffice@galialahav.com. We’ll assist you in finding the right replacement and guide you through the exchange process, free of charge. You have fourteen (14) days to reach out from when your item has been received.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that free returns and refunds are only applicable for orders within the United States. For international returns, the customer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
i. A $100 USD fee will be deducted on all refunds outside of the United States.
ii. If a returned item is found to have stains, marks, or any form of dirt that was not present at the time of purchase, a restocking fee of $90 USD will be charged.
iii. Missing a hanger will incur a fee of $25 USD.
iv. Missing a garment bag will incur a fee of $25 USD.
To change or cancel orders, please reach out to us as soon as possible atoffice@galialahav.comto avoid it being shipped out to you and having to go through our return process.

- Our Wedding Weekend Gowns and Shoes come in standard sizes and are not available for alterations or customization; these items are exchangeable and refundable, in accordance with the terms specified in Our Policy.
- Our Couture, GALA, products are made-to-order and we offer a variety of alterations to customize and personalize your luxury garment and make it fit your needs. Customizations will be made upon request, in accordance with your instructions and may be subject to the payment of extra fees. Please note that unless otherwise specified in this Policy, customized Items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- This Policy shall apply with respect to all items ordered via the website, including items sold within at a discounted rate and/or during seasonal sales and promotion.
