BTS - Stranger Things MEGA STAR Millie Bobby Brown Gets Married in a Customized Galia Lahav gown

Millie Bobby Brown, the captivating star of Stranger Things, recently exchanged vows with her longtime love, Jake Bongiovi, in a private ceremony held at the idyllic Villa Cetinale in Tuscany. While the event itself was shrouded in secrecy, glimpses of the couple’s special day have emerged, and they are STUNNING.

The young actress designed her own custom-made Galia Lahav creation as her ceremony dress. The ethereal gown, crafted from the finest lace and featuring a flowing silhouette, perfectly complemented Millie’s youthful elegance. It was a modern & fashion-forward interpretation of classic bridal style, reflecting her personal taste and the romantic ambiance of the Tuscan setting.

The Galia Lahav design team worked closely with Millie to create a gown that was as unique, special & memorable as she is. Every intricate detail, from the delicate lacework to the flawless fit, was meticulously crafted to reflect her personal style & vision.

Millie’s bespoke gown varied from the Anais dress, her ivory lined gown was fitted with a corseted drop-waist bodice flowing into a form-fitting fishtail skirt. Instead of the original open back look, Millie envisioned a full lace back with silk buttons all the way down the zipper. Other customizations included keeping the look classic & removing the crystal applique at the neckline and a toned-down overskirt, as it enabled her walking down the aisle accompanied by both her parents. The look was created by Sharon Sever in collaboration with Millie & her stylist, Ryan Young.

The Process began in April, as Ryan came to our Spring 2025 NYBFW Presentation. Once he spotted ANAIS, he immediately sent a text with an image he captured to Millie who responded within seconds saying she MUST try on the gown. Millie came in for a fitting in our NY flagship in SoHo a few days after NYBFW and fell in love with the gown. In July 2024, for Millie’s last fitting at the store, lurking paparazzi were trying to catch a glimpse of her chosen gown. That did not go unnoticed by Millie hearself, who quickly created a diversion by donning a different look in front of the store’s display.

Working with Millie and her team has been an absolute pleasure & honor, and we are also incredibly proud to have designed custom looks for Kelly Brown, Millie's mother & Dorothea, Jon Bon Jovi's wife & Jake's mother, for this special day.
