Get ready to meet our GL Bride Of The Week Miranda! She recently tied the knot with the love of her life in our Maya gown. The two celebrated their nuptials surrounded by love ones with a beautiful destination wedding. In the following interview, Miranda shares what she loved most about her wedding and how she found her dream dress with us!

How did you meet your husband? How did he propose?

We met on a dating app! We both are healthcare providers and have little to no social life so we matched online and after talking for weeks, we finally decided to meet at my favorite speakeasy bar. Immediately felt for one another. After dating a few years, we had already discussed future plans together so I knew he was talking to his best friend Bryan about where to get a ring. Months later, he proposed the same day we moved in together!

How did you find working with the team at Galia Lahav, and how did you know your dress was 'the one'?

My experience with GL was nothing short of amazing! I definitely felt like the hottest model walking the streets of Cartagena wearing my dress! - I’ve been following GL forever and I have always been OBSESSED with how every single dress photographs and knew I needed it for my big day.

How did it feel when you put on your dress the day of the wedding? What was everyone's reaction to the dress?

I felt like an absolute goddess. The sensual fit, the style, the cut, the detailed design everything was amazing! And I could not believe how perfect it fit my body and how it made me feel. And in my husbands own words – A mix of “wow she’s radiantly beautiful and damn she’s fine” all at once.

A moment of your wedding day you will never forget?

Our last dance. After the party had ended and our guests were gone, our wedding planner and the team surprised us with an intimate moment to ourselves on the dance floor while playing a slow song that had special meaning to us. Afterward, we relaxed and shared a bottle of whiskey with our team. We felt such deep gratitude towards them, for they poured their own hearts and care into our day.
