Introducing our Bride of the Week, Tiffany, who captivated everyone in our ALONA gown. She and her husband, Teodoro, celebrated their love in the stunning setting of Antigua, Guatemala, surprising their guests with an unforgettable destination wedding. Let’s get into their special day!
"What was everyone's reaction to the dress? Surreal! Everyone was GAGGED!"

A moment of your wedding day will you never forget?
Me and my now husband exchanging our wedding gifts the morning of, just having that intimate moment with one another before separating.
One thing you wish you knew as a new bride? What advice would you give to future brides?
It’s definitely NOT easier planning a destination wedding! Haha, but so worth it! One piece of advice that I will give to future brides- BREATHE, take in every moment and enjoy the process! Everything will come together just how you imagine it to be!

A detail that made your wedding special/unique?
Getting married in Antigua, Guatemala, for sure. Neither myself or my husband Teodoro are from there, all of our guests were definitely surprised at first. But in the end, everyone had the time of their lives!
How did you know your dress was 'the one'?
It was the dress that I felt most beautiful, sexy and like MYSELF.
How did it feel when you put on your dress the day of the wedding?
What was everyone's reaction to the dress? Surreal! Everyone was GAGGED!
"Everything was exactly what I dreamt of and more!"

Would you have done anything differently?
I wouldn’t change a thing! I think a big part of planning a wedding is working with people that you know and trust! And that see your vision. Everything was exactly what I dreamt of and more!
What was your favorite part of the wedding to plan/you were most looking forward to?
Everything! I was looking forward to seeing my visions come to life! And of course spending time with all of our loved ones!

How did you meet your husband? How did he propose?
My husband and I met 8 years ago, we worked together at Champs Sports. I was the new girl and knew from the moment I saw him that he was going to be mine. 5 years later on our anniversary, he proposed in Antigua.
How did you find working with the team at Galia Lahav?
A DREAM. Everyone was super helpful and really sweet. Down to Galia herself!
How many dresses did you try on before you found it?
The ‘ALONA’ gown was the second dress I had ever tried on. Even after trying on others, I just knew she was it!
"Even after trying on others, I just knew she was it!"
