Kesha Ward Marries 2 Chainz In Our Couture Dress!

Artist, 2 Chainz, also known as Tauheed Epps, recently married his longtime love, Kesha Ward at Villa Casa Casuarina, formerly known as the Versace Mansion, in Miami.

We are so honored and ecstatic that Kesha wore our dress on the day of her wedding. The dress, Ms. Elle was originally inspired by the royal white peacock, alluding to an accentuated trumpet-style silhouette. Following three fittings with Kesha at the Los Angeles flagship store, the dress, Ms. Elle was customized by us into a strapless, open back form, requiring reinforcement of the illusion back and a hand dyeing process for accuracy. With more than 1,500 Swarovski crystals hand embellished over the lace of the dress, it swiftly became an art object that commanded all attention.

Versace proved to be an integral factor in the couple’s relationship. Tauheed was invited by Donatella Versace to attend New York’s own, the Met Gala. With this, the moment was beautifully exaggerated, as Tauheed knelt down, on the sprawling carpet kissing the grand stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and asked Kesha to marry him.

The couple, though based in Atlanta, share half of their time with the city of Miami. The fruitful synergy between their special connection to the Versace family, alongside Miami made for a suitable, if not inevitable venue- of the dreamiest. A wedding as grand as carefully orchestrated by Tauheed and their wedding planner could only, truly be challenged in the lane of majesty by the bride herself.

Although the ceremony happened to speak to luxe lavishness, an ode to more is more, the room carried an air of familial warmth. In such presence were family and friends, including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane.

“Seeing our entire family in one room, from all over the country," the bride gushed. "It was truly a blessing to be able to bring everyone together.” - Vogue.com
