We recommend brides start the dress-finding process around six months prior to the wedding to allow for production times, fittings, alterations, etc. But we’ll do everything we can if your wedding day is right around the corner! Contact office@galialahav.com asap!

If you're a girl who likes to try before you buy, enjoy bridal luxury straight to your door. Order up to three pieces and decide whether you’re going to love them or return them. We don’t charge your card at checkout; we just authorize the amount, so you'll only be charged on what you keep.

Don’t worry—you have options. We can send a sample dress to a store upon request, so schedule an appointment as usual and ask us to send the sample. Alternatively, check if there's a trunk show coming up in a city near you. You can also use our online ordering service.

We’re sorry you’re disappointed with your dress - of course we can help! Because our couture and GALA gowns/garments are made-to-order and customizable to achieve the perfect fit, reach out to office@galialahav.com or contact the retailer/store you ordered from.

Some items are ready to ship immediately, while others may take a few weeks. Delivery is up to five business days from the shipment date. A made-to-order dress can take around six weeks or longer as there are many moving parts. We understand that sometimes you need things a bit quicker, so email office@galialahav.com if that's the case and we'll see what we can do.

We can help you get the perfect fit. Please send pictures of the dress and your thoughts on how you’d like the garment to look to office@galialahav.com. Alternatively, we have a number of tailors that can alter your garment. Please email us the order details and your location so we can see who’s closest to you.

If you need a last-minute GL dress, get in touch asap. From virtual appointments to ‘rush fees’ (even on couture), reach out to us.

Your dress is highly delicate and can be damaged easily. If you don’t have a local professional you can trust, we suggest the following:

1. Dip your dress in lukewarm water with a mild detergent like Woolite and Vanish Oxi White/Kalia (the one for colored laundry) or a dash of mild shampoo. No rubbing or swirling!
2. Hang to dry naturally. Do not squeeze out excess water. 
3. When dry, gently use a professional steamer or iron. 
4. Once clean and dry, keep your dress in a fabric cover away from direct sunlight and even moonlight, especially silk.

If your dress is Couture or GALA and has a necklace or beaded embellishment, these must be removed before cleaning. Contact us and we’ll walk you through the princess.

If your dress is appliqued, beaded, embellished or has an illusion back, don’t pull, pin, hang it from a hanger, or heat it.

Please remember never to dry clean it! Your dress will thank you.
