Our London flagship is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 6 PM. Each appointment lasts 1 hour.
Yes, the appointment booking fee is £50. This fee will be applied toward your purchase if you say 'yes' to the gown!

Our gowns are made-to-order and typically take 4-8 months to hand-make. If your wedding is sooner, some styles may be available on a rush timeline for an additional fee.

Standard alterations typically require 2-3 fittings, starting approximately eight weeks before your wedding, event, or departure date. Fittings are scheduled about two weeks apart to ensure a perfect fit. Additional or express alterations may be possible, depending on time constraints and approval by your stylist and alterations manager. These services may incur additional fees beyond standard alterations costs. For every fitting, please bring: The exact shoes you plan to wear with your gown, Any foundational undergarments you are considering wearing.
